What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major U.S. credit and debit cards, bank payments, CashApp, Venmo, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, BitPay, Ethereum, and XRP. We also offer buy now pay later options through Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, Sezzle, and Zip Pay.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order before it has been processed. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, but no later than 72 hours after purchase. To request a cancellation or modification, contact us as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier's website listed in your confirmation.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

If you didn't receive an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, reach out to us at orders@sidemoney.co and we'll get it sorted out.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and expedited shipping on all domestic orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Our fulfillment network spans multiple locations across the U.S., so your order is shipped from the facility closest to you for the fastest possible delivery.

How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, but no later than 72 hours after purchase. Once processed, standard shipping takes 10–14 business days and expedited shipping takes 3–5 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. For example, you can exchange an $80 item for another $80 item, two items that together equal $80, or one item of lesser value with the difference refunded back to you.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, a size guide is available on each individual product page where applicable. Sizing may vary by garment so we recommend checking the guide before purchasing.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Most items will be restocked. However, capsule collections and special projects are released at our discretion and may be archived without a restock. Sign up for our email list to stay up to date on restocks and new drops.

Can I buy Sidemoney in person?
